John Gaeta (born c. 1965) is a visual effects designer and director best known for his work on the Matrix film trilogy, where he advanced and popularized the effect known as "bullet time," virtual cinematography, universal capture, and CGI visualization.

After obtaining his degree in cinematography, Robert Legato worked in advertising for "Abelman Associates", where he gained his first experience of producing special effects. He then worked for some years in television, working on "The Twilight Zone" and several episodes of "Star Trek: The Next Generation" and "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine".
He brought the experience gained in television, to his work in the cinema, receiving Academy Award nominations for Apollo 13 in 1995. He was also in charge of the effects on Neil Jordan's "Interview with the Vampire". In 1998 Legato received an Academy Award for his work on James Cameron's 1997 "Titanic", which took the use of digital special effects to new heights, particularly in the combining of computer generated images and live action shots.

Jeff Campbell has long secured a respected name in the visual effects community. Since 1993 he has added his unique artistic vision to the benefit of numerous feature film, television and commercial projects.
Most recently Jeff was Visual Effects Supervisor for George Romeros’ Land of the Dead (Universal Pictures), which involved 300 VFX shots. Jeff’s involvement also included digital supervisor and lead compositor.
Jeff Campbell’s quality reputation has earned him numerous awards and industry recognition. He is a long-standing member of the Visual Effects Society. Jeff has often been requested by Autodesk/ Discreet Logic (Flame/Inferno Software) to be a guest demo artist and speaker to inform and educate users from around the world with his latest techniques.
